- This product is only available for pickup or delivery within 10 miles of 10205 Valley View Street, Cypress, CA 90630. FREE DELIVERY for orders over $100 within 10 mile range.
- Minimum order quantity is 14oz.
You will preorder steaks by weight (oz). We cut our A5 Wagyu steaks 3/4" thick and then individually vacuum seal each steak to preserve optimal freshness. The size of each steak can vary from approximately 11oz to 22oz. We will then match your order to either a single or multiple steaks that weigh equal or less than your original order. In case the final order weighs less than the original order, we will refund you the difference back to your original payment method upon pickup or delivery.
Steaks from this order lot will be available for pickup or delivery starting 11/16/2018 and should be consumed or frozen by 11/23/2018. We will freeze your steak(s) in case you cannot pick up or accommodate a delivery date by 11/23/2018.

All sales are final and we cannot offer any refunds or exchange once the product is picked up or delivered.
We do guarentee the quality of our product as long as the "Special Handling" instructions are followed that are included with the product. If you believe your product has spoiled or compromised in any way before the "Best by Date" while following our "Special Handling" instructions, contact us to request a refund.
In case of preorders, please cancel at least a week in advance of expected delivery date to receive a full refund.
